Hey there! Yesterday, I ended up whipping up a batch of the frosting I’ve wanted to share with you all for some time now. Not that I’m counting, but I’ve probably tried at least five variations of this frosting before settling on this one as my fave!
As you may know, I am a big fan of Simple Mills products, particularly the pumpkin muffin/bread mix. Although I love this pumpkin bread plain, it is fun to jazz it up a bit, so I wanted to come up with a healthy-ish cream cheese frosting.
With today’s frosting, you won’t have to fret over excessive amounts of sugar…the only sweetener in this one is a wee-bit-o-honey. Paired with the low-sugar Simple Mills mix, you’ve got yourself a delightful pumpkin-y treat, sans stomachache 4 hours later.
