doTERRA PETAL DIFFUSER
I received this doTERRA diffuser last Christmas and have used it so much since then. I originally intended to only use my diffuser as part of my bedtime routine…diffusing lavender oil is a wonderful way to wind down at the end of a long day. However, I use it way more than just before bed…I love diffusing the lemon during the summer for a clean, fresh scent, and immediately diffuse the On-Guard blend when I start to feel sick. Diffusing is also a great way to bring natural scents into your home without buying candle after candle.
Body brushing is something my sister got me into years ago. Obviously, brushing exfoliates the skin, but it also stimulates the lymphatic system.
VITAL PROTEINS COLLAGEN PEPTIDES
I started using Vital Proteins collagen peptides a few months ago after doing some research on the benefits. My primary goal in using this product was to improve my gut health, but obviously, collagen is quite popular for its positive effect on hair, skin, and nails. When I am super consistent in adding collagen peptides to my smoothies or coffee, I definitely notice a difference in my nail growth. I encourage you to do your own research, especially if this is something you would add into your daily routine.
ANDALOU FOAMING FACE WASH
This is my go-to cleanser. It has a soft, rose scent, gentle foam formula, it removes makeup really well, and has clean ingredients. I do rotate my cleanser every so often, but this is without a doubt my top choice.
OXO GOOD GRIPS GARLIC PEELER
Lifesaver. If you loathe peeling garlic, click on the above photo immediately and get this nifty little tool. Super easy to use…just place your cloves inside the tunnel, roll it with your palm, and you will have peeled garlic ready to chop or mince. Truly, this small gadget saves me so much time and frustration, I can’t recommend enough.
RX Bars are a snack favorite bar of mine. (I am a bar gal through and through and this obsession won’t stop anytime soon). RX Bars are clean, tasty, and provide a good source of protein when you don’t have time to prepare a meal. These will keep me fuller than the average bar. Tons of flavors to choose from! My favorites are Chocolate Sea Salt and the new Chocolate Chip.
I’ve owned the Paderno spiralizer for almost 2 years now and have had a blast incorporating spiralized veggies into our meals. It’s easy to use, though sometimes I have to play around with sweet potatoes to get a good spiral going, but I love having this in our pantry to use anytime the mood strikes.
HEALTHY HUMAN TUMBLER
Coffee is one of those simple joys for me…I look forward to my morning cup every, single day. That comforting aroma, the warmth…there’s nothing like it. I usually take a coffee on the road with me when I head out to teach in the mornings and I absolutely love my Healthy Human tumbler…It keeps my coffee hot for much longer than your average to-go mug and there are so many fun colors! Ditch the Starbucks cup and replace it with a bright Healthy Human option. I also love how it comes with a straw! (I have also used this to keep my smoothies cold as well!)

I received this Fitbit Alta HR about a month ago, and I must say, I am extremely impressed. I never invested in an activity tracker, it just wasn’t a purchase I thought was absolutely necessary. Now that I own one, I thoroughly appreciate all the features this fitness tracker has to offer. This Fitbit offers PurePulse Technology, automatically tracking your heart rate throughout the day. It also tells you if you’re working in a fat burning zone, cardio zone, or peak zone, which allows you to adjust your level of exertion during your workouts. The band is thin, light, and comfortable. You sync your Fitbit Alta to the app, which also has some awesome, additional features like a food tracker. Great tool for enhancing your healthy, active lifestyle!
JULIE BAUER’S PALEO COOKBOOK
I love this cookbook! I have a few cookbooks that I rotate between, but I find myself coming back to the recipes in this book the most. Julie Bauer offers some fantastic dinner options in this book, many of which are super simple and quick. My favorites are the Simple Beef Stir Fry and the Slow Cooker Paleo Jalapeño Popper Chicken Chili. (Side note: I am definitely not paleo, but appreciate how paleo recipes bring me outside of my cooking comfort zone.)
ROOTZ BANANA CHOCOLATE NUT POST WORKOUT SUPERFOOD
I recently started drinking Rootz Paleo Protein Superfood post-workout and I love it! At a reasonable price point, this post-workout option contains clean, simple ingredients and tastes delicious (Chocolate Banana Nut flavor). If you’re in the market for a post-workout supplement, I highly recommend trying.
